For Utah County homeowners

Earn from the court that sits empty most of the week

Most private pickleball, tennis, and sport courts get used 5–10% of the time their owner is home. Courvia turns that empty time into income — without strangers in your yard at 6am Monday.

What you control

Every part of hosting on Courvia is yours to set — and yours to change anytime.

Your price

Set your own hourly rate. Courvia helps you benchmark against similar courts in your area so you don't undersell or overprice.

Your schedule

Pick which days and hours your court is available. Block dates anytime, no penalties. Pause your listing for a season if you want.

Your rules

Set max guests, age requirements, allowed sports, instant book or approval-required, and any house rules guests need to follow.

How it works

Listing your court takes about 15 minutes. We help you with photos and pricing if you want.

1

Create your listing

Describe your court, upload photos, set your hourly price and availability. Pick what kinds of bookings you'll allow — hourly, tournament events, or both.

2

Approve every booking

You're in control. Set instant booking if you want, or review every request manually. Block off any times you want the court to yourself.

3

Get paid

Payouts go straight to your bank account through our secure payment processor. Courvia handles guest payments, customer support, and disputes.

Two ways to host

Different homeowners want different things. You pick what fits.

Hourly rentals

Players book 1–3 hour blocks throughout the week. More frequent bookings, smaller groups. Good for hosts who don't mind some weekday traffic and want consistent income.

Best for: hosts who want steady income from spare hours throughout the week.

Tournament & event venue

Your court hosts one organized event, maybe 1–2 times a month. Single group of vetted players, no random drop-ins. Good for hosts who want bigger paydays without daily traffic.

Best for: hosts who'd rather have one organized group than daily traffic. Courvia helps run it.

Frequently asked

How much does it cost to list?

Listing is free. Courvia takes a small platform fee from each booking — split between guest and host. You always see your net payout before accepting.

Do I have to be home during a booking?

Not for hourly rentals — many hosts share a gate code or use a smart lock. For tournament events, hosts typically prefer to be reachable but don't have to be on-site running it.

What about insurance and liability?

Every guest signs a liability waiver before booking. Hosts are responsible for their own property and any insurance arrangements — we recommend talking to your homeowner's insurance provider before listing to understand your coverage.

Can I block specific dates or guests?

Yes. Block any dates from your calendar. You can also decline specific booking requests for any reason, and report or block guests if needed.

What types of courts do you accept?

Pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, multi-sport pads, batting cages, and home gyms. If it's a private sport space, list it.

How long does setup take?

Listing setup takes about 15 minutes. Payout setup adds a few more. Many hosts go live within a day. We can come help with photos if you're in Utah County.
